A little about Wayne…
Few agents know the business of real estate better than Wayne, thanks to his extensive commercial and property industry experience that extends more than three decades of living and working in our region.
New Zealand born and educated at the celebrated Auckland Grammar, Wayne’s notable alums include the first man to conquer Everest, Sir Edmund Hillary, a swag of All-Black greats and the Crowe brothers of NZ cricketing fame. For all that history, Wayne has scaled his own heights too through a stellar career.
Before starting in real estate, Wayne worked in the energy sector in Asia, while another company he was involved with was a prime exporter of numeracy and literacy teaching aids into Papua New Guinea. During his stellar real estate career, Wayne has sold properties in Indonesia and Sydney.
Wayne decided to try his hand at real estate when he concluded he could do better than the agent selling his then home, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Now living in Bondi Junction, Wayne has witnessed the real estate market's peaks and troughs, and it has imbued in him a tenacity and expertise, which, coupled with his empathetic manner, make him an integral component of our team.
Why can Wayne help you?
Extremely proactive, Wayne is the real estate agent you need when selling your Eastern Suburbs home. Sellers want to progress their property to “SOLD” at the highest price, with the minimum hassle, in the shortest time.
A leader in the Eastern Suburbs property market, Wayne will choose the best method of sale, whether auction or private treaty, to achieve these four goals. Better still, he’ll always explain why one method is better than the other in your case and why you should choose him and Raine and Horne.
Wayne starts with an obligation-free appraisal of your property’s price based on recent and current sale examples, plus a clear and itemised marketing budget to ensure you achieve the best price for your property as possible.
He believes in the importance of old-fashioned, impeccable customer service and listening closely to his client’s goals. He finds it personally rewarding to help them reach their property aspirations.
